The villa is located in the Royal Bay resort in the Tomb of The Kings area on the seafront. It consists of 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor with the master having its own dressing room.  There are 2 large rooms in the basement which can be turned into a home gym and massage room upon request. Additionally, the utility room can also be found in the basement. There is a lift for easy access to all three floors of the property.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room and dining area, just off the dining area there is the kitchen which is slightly separate with its own breakfast bar. As you enter the back garden you are welcomed by a large pool and barbecue area as well as beautiful, landscaped gardens.
